Highland Delrin DIN Cap

The Highland Delrin DIN Cap protects the threaded inlet of a DIN regulator first stage during storage, transport, and post-dive rinsing. Threading the cap into place helps shield the connection from impact, debris, and water intrusion while the regulator is disconnected from a cylinder.

The cap is precision-machined from non-corroding Delrin and includes a nylon-cord lanyard so it can remain attached to the regulator assembly. It fits both 200-bar and 300-bar DIN first-stage connections.

Install the cap only on a clean, depressurized regulator after confirming that the inlet and sealing surfaces are free of sand, salt, and damage. A protective cap does not replace proper regulator rinsing, drying, inspection, or manufacturer-specified service.
