Highland JonLine for Hands Free Safety Stops & Deco Stops
The Highland Jonline gives trained divers a compact way to maintain position near a vertical ascent line during a safety stop or decompression stop. Once properly attached, the line provides separation from a crowded or moving downline and can reduce the need to hold the line continuously by hand.
The system uses 6.5 feet (2 m) of high-strength Type IV paracord with a 304 stainless-steel Garvin hook and 316 stainless-steel D-rings. Its 1680-denier ballistic-nylon pouch includes a modified closure flap that lets the hook stow inside, a bottom drain grommet, and a rear webbing pass-through for equipment mounting.

A Jonline does not replace proper buoyancy, ascent, and decompression training. Use it only on a suitable fixed ascent line, keep it clear of other divers and equipment, remain ready to disconnect immediately, and inspect the cord, stitching, hook, rings, and mounting point before every dive.
