XS Scuba Tail Weight Pouch Trim Adjustment Weight Pocket

The XS Scuba Highland Tail Weight Pouch adds a compact trim-weight position at the lower end of a double-cylinder setup. By placing a small amount of weight near the lower cylinder-band bolt, it gives technical divers another way to fine-tune fore-and-aft balance without loading a main weight system.

The pouch mounts through either of two stainless-steel grommets, allowing its position to be adjusted during rig setup. A wide top opening accepts either bagged lead shot or a compact hard weight, and a double hook-and-loop closure helps keep the contents contained.

Install the pouch only where it cannot interfere with valves, regulators, hoses, buoyancy equipment, or cylinder-band security. Confirm the loaded rig remains balanced and within the buoyancy system's rated capacity, and perform an in-water weight and trim check before the dive.
