Apollo Bio-Tank Lock2

The Apollo Bio-Tank Lock2 replaces a conventional BCD cam buckle with a screw-adjusted tank-band system designed to create strong, repeatable tension with less hand effort. A large control knob makes fine adjustment straightforward, while the built-in spring compensates as wet webbing stretches to help keep the cylinder stable throughout the dive.

The hinged mechanism can swing back after adjustment, and the included webbing adapts the system to most BCDs and common scuba cylinders. Apollo specifies an aluminum die-cast body, SUS304 stainless-steel screw components, and a POM knob for marine use.

Tank retention is safety-critical. Follow Apollo's installation instructions, confirm the band is routed and tightened correctly, and physically test that the cylinder cannot slip before every dive.
