Atomic Aquatics MEDIUM Fit Sub Frame Mask
Quick answer: This is the Medium Fit version of the Atomic SubFrame, a tough two-lens mask with an internal frame molded beneath the silicone. Atomic made the Medium Fit skirt for narrow faces; otherwise it's identical to the standard SubFrame.
Straight talk on fit
This version is built for narrow faces, so it's not the one we'd point a broad-faced diver toward. If you fight temple pressure, cheek gaps or a seal that only holds with the strap cranked down, start with our Wide-Fit Scuba Masks for Larger Faces instead.
What it does well
The SubFrame puts its strength inside the skirt instead of in a bulky outer frame, and Atomic backs it with a lifetime warranty against frame breakage. A stainless steel retainer locks in the lenses and reinforces the nose bridge. The UltraClear glass transmits more light with less color distortion than standard lenses, which helps in low light.

Before you buy
Prescription lenses usually add two to three days of processing, and used lenses generally aren't returnable. Hold the mask to your face without the strap and breathe in gently through your nose; it should stay put without pressure at your temples or nose pocket. Read How to Fit a Dive Mask.
