SCUBAPRO Argon Strap Kit

The SCUBAPRO Argon Strap Kit gives drysuit divers a purpose-built way to mount a small argon cylinder without improvising a solution from spare straps and wishful thinking. Two configurations are available, allowing the mounting hardware to match either the primary cylinder or a compatible SCUBAPRO backplate.

Set format and use

The Tank Mount version is designed to secure a 6- or 13-cubic-foot argon bottle to a primary cylinder in single- or twin-tank configurations. The Backplate Mount version is designed for SCUBAPRO S-Tek Pure and Pro backplates. Both versions are intended to keep the inflation bottle positioned as part of an organized drysuit system while leaving the valve and hose routing accessible.

Before ordering

Select the mounting style that matches the actual dive system. Confirm the argon-cylinder size, backplate model, mounting position, hose routing, and clearance from releases and buoyancy controls before installation. These two kits use different hardware and are not interchangeable selections.
