LEFEET P1 Dual Unit Underwater Scooter
The LEFEET P1 Dual Unit is a combined twin-motor configuration using standard P1 specifications. It is a way to compare more propulsion with the carrying weight and handling of a larger setup. These are P1 figures; the P1 XR Dual Unit is a separate configuration.
Twin-Unit Specifications
- Standard P1 twin configuration: up to 18 kgf thrust and 3.2 m/s published maximum speed.
- 60 m (approximately 197 ft) depth rating; hard-anodized aluminum construction.
- Two 100 Wh batteries; LEFEET's comparison table lists up to 60 minutes operating time.
- Listed main-unit weight: 4.8 kg (10.58 lb), before additional mounting accessories.
- Replaceable batteries, up to 100W PD charging, and reverse charging. Charging time and required chargers depend on the battery configuration.
Choosing Your Setup
Compare the complete system with the XR version using the correct model figures. More motors do not guarantee a particular speed or a longer dive.
At FGSS, comfortable equipment starts with the complete setup: your reach, grip, exposure protection, and mounting position. A scooter can reduce continuous finning effort, but it does not guarantee lower gas consumption or make an unsuitable dive plan appropriate.
Published maximum speed and runtime depend on settings, load, drag, current, and conditions. Treat the depth rating as an equipment limit, not a recommendation to dive beyond your training. Plan for a scooter failure and a safe return, and follow the operating instructions. Check your airline’s battery requirements before travel.
