The LEFEET P1 Lite gives you a compact way to add powered assistance to your diving. At 1.8 kg per main unit, it is worth comparing when packing weight and comfortable handling matter as much as propulsion. Choose a setup that suits your reach, grip, and planned conditions.
Choose the Lite for its compact main unit, then compare reach and handling with the harness and exposure protection you dive in. Its battery is built in, unlike the removable-battery P1 models.
At FGSS, comfortable equipment starts with the complete setup: your reach, grip, exposure protection, and mounting position. A scooter can reduce continuous finning effort, but it does not guarantee lower gas consumption or make an unsuitable dive plan appropriate.
Published maximum speed and runtime depend on settings, load, drag, current, and conditions. Treat the depth rating as an equipment limit, not a recommendation to dive beyond your training. Plan for a scooter failure and a safe return, and follow the operating instructions. Check your airline’s battery requirements before travel.
Rob's take: I personally own and use LEFEET on almost every dive, and I love it.
